The Community House in Rockport

Located on the eastern side of the Rockport Harbor this property
dates from 1860-1880 and it has recently been completely renovated
and updated, by preserving the original charm.
With aprox one acre of lawn and garden sorrounding,and with
beautiful old oaks, maples and pines,the location is ideal for
vacation rental and for long term off season rental. The beauty of
the shore, with large granite rocks and the spectacular sunsets
reflected in the water, or the light around the 600 sq feet porch
stay long in the memory of our visitors.
The house is divided into 3 separate units:
- two large 2 bedroom apts, each one of aprox
1800 sq feet,each with its own separate entrance and
- a separate barn with 22x24 studio on the first and on the second
floors with a magnificent view from the panoramic windows and from
the balcony.
Each unit is beautifully furnished and fully equipped with linens
and
gourmet kitchen ware. All aplliances are provided.

Cable Tv, internet, tel/fax, VCR, DVD, outdoor grill, lawn
furniture, picnic table, ocean mooring and dock on property shore[extra fee].
One car parking . Small children, please ask. No pets.

and the Rockport College, Bay Chamber concerts, The Childrens Chapel
and the Beauchamps Point.
Short drive to Camden Hills Recreational Facility and Mount Battie

exhibits.
Restaurants 5 min walk to village, antiques shopping, mall shopping and cinemas on Rt 1.
