Vacation Rental Description

Located in the quiet area of Twain Harte, but still within walking 
distance of downtown. This 16 year young four bedroom, two bath home 
is a MUST SEE! Fully furnished and set on a 2/3 acre lot among tall 
pine, spruce, cedar and some oak trees. New carpets/flooring spring  
2007 and larger front deck completed in October 2006.  
 
Enter into a large,open, bright living room with knotty pine  
cathedral ceiling. This opens to the dining area (dining table can  
seat up to eight w/ three at the counter)and fully equipped kitchen  
with modern appliances. The upper floor has three bedrooms, the  
first bedroom has a double bed, 2nd bedroom a queen bed and the  
3rd (the master bedroom)a new king-size bed w/coffee deck and a master  
bathroom with a shower.  Also, this level has a second full bathroom  
with tub/shower.  Downstairs is the 4th bedroom w/two new bunk beds, the  
first w/two twins and the second w/one twin on top and double bed on  
the bottom. The single car garage is used as a game room (Great area  
for the kids).  The cabin is located near the end of a cul-de-suc 
(safe for the kids to ride bikes, play catch or just hang-out).

Twain Harte Lake Membership, Ping Pong table, Electronic Dart Board 
Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee maker and grinder, Iron  
w/small ironing board, Wood burning stove, central heat, Gas BBQ, 
Refrigerator, Garbage disposal, 3 TV's, 2 VCR's, DVD player, 
Cable TV, baby port-a-crib and 2 ceiling fans. Great family cabin 
located on a cul-de-suc in a quiet neighborhood.  Trail starting in 
back of cabin leading to the ditch hiking trail. 
 
Please supply your own sheets & towels (1 Qn., 1 king, 2 dbl., 3  
Single) Sorry, but 12 guest max. and no pets allowed

Summer: May27th-Sept8th ... $199/night ... $1095/week 
Winter: Nov17th-March15th . $199/night ... $1095/week 
All other dates   ......... $199/night ... $1095/week 
 
Two night minimum except three night minimum  
stay for Summer and holidays. 
Holidays are: New Years, MLK Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th 
of July, Labor Day, Veterans, Thanksgiving, Christmas. 
 
$200 refundable security deposit 
$90 cleaning/cabin opening 
 
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival date to  
receive your security deposit less a $50 cancellation fee.  No  
refunds of any kind will be given on cancellations made 10 days or  
less in advance of the stay.
