Newly decorated, spacious, two bedroom, two bath villa is located at 
Hilton Head Resort, a gated community with its own private beach. 
Our 
balcony overlooks two lagoons with a fountain and abundant in 
wildlife. Beyond the lagoons is a breathtaking view of a marsh and 
the ocean. A 200 yard boardwalk takes you across the marsh to the 
resort's own private cabana, where guests can relax at the beach 
while
enjoying their favorite food and drinks.
The villa is in a tranquil setting. The only noise heard are the 
birds singing to you during the day and frogs serenading you at 
night!
This villa is a perfect place to get away from the hurried life and 
enjoy friends and family

Vacation Rental Amenities

The resort has 2 outdoor pools, heated indoor pool, hot tub, 6 
tennis 
courts, and general store with food and drinks.
The villa has air conditioning, cable tv/dvd, full kitchen. Cooking 
utensils, towels, and linens provided.
No smoking is allowed in the villa.
