Enjoy a luxury 2 bedroom condo on Skaha Lake in the sunny South Okanagan, first rented in 2005. You will be minutes away from popular Penticton with all its attractions, yet in a much quieter area with the small town ambience and charm of Okanagan Falls. 

Located on the south end of Skaha Lake, you will be enjoying one of the mildest climates in Canada, with warm, dry weather and very high annual hours of sunshine. Skaha Lake is one of Canada's warmest lakes, and has sandy beaches for excellent swimming, boating, and waterskiing.

The beach on the south end of Skaha Lake iis just steps away. It has just been revitalized with a wonderful children's play structure and waterpark. As well as the great sand and lake, there are large grassy areas with huge willow trees providing shade.  Many other beaches are also in close proximity. The tourist information office across the street will give much additional information.

The amenities in the area are endless. There is a picturesque lagoon behind the condo, with paved paths and shady willow trees. Children love fishing in the lagoon - it's catch and release with a single non-barbed hook, and the best bait ever - bread dough!

The property backs on to the Kettle Valley Railway Trail, which follows the western shoreline of Skaha Lake.

Every summer Penticton hosts the famous Okanagan Hockey School, and this year is the home of the Challenge Triathalon.
