 Steps from Poipu Beach Park!   If you are looking to escape the 
large condo complex feeling, you’ve come to the right place and we 
are located in the heart of the Poipu Resort on the garden isle of 
Kauai, Hawaii.

Nestled in a charming beachside neighborhood 100 yards from 
Brennecke’s and Poipu Beach Park, enjoy the redesigned tropical 
landscaping connecting the 2 private homes (Hale Koali & Hale Pua) 
which creates a relaxing atmosphere and the sounds of ocean waves 
breaking at nearby Brenneke's Beach is very relaxing.    

Our two (2) island designed homes are divided into 5 distinct suites.
Beachside Poipu Hale is the perfect choice for a couple, family or 
group, especially those who like staying by the beach but prefer the 
space, privacy and value of a quality vacation home.    Hale Koali, 
Our 4-bedroom, 4 bath home, is located in a charming beachside 
neighborhood.   For smaller groups it can be divided into 2- 2 
bedroom, 2 bath suites, The Tidepools and Surfrider
Suites.  Our second home on property, Hale Pua has 2 studios, the 
Hibiscus Suite with a spa on the lanai and the Seaside Oceanview 
Suite with air-conditioning, and a one (1) bedroom Breakers Suite 
with air-conditioning in the bedroom.  Combining it becomes a 
beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath accommodation with 3 separate entrances
for privacy when accommodating 3 couples traveling together.

 Best of all, our suites are affordable and features all the 
amenities that will make your stay on Kauai enjoyable and hastle-
free. Come visit us and stay in luxury without the expensive hotel 
costs!  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Lanai's and BBq's, Cable TV's with VCR & DVD player, WI-Fi Enabled,
some with air-conditioning, full kitchens, linens, beach chair, 
towels, mats and coolers, hairdyers, washer/dryer on premises, 
ceiling fans in all rooms, clock radios, cd players, iron & ironing 
board, microwave, toaster, blenders, we have tried to think of 
everything to make your holiday on Kauai the best and it comes with 
unlimited sunshine!    

Activities and Attractions

Let our personal concierge help you with any special activities,
like luaus, helicopter rides, ATVing, scuba diving, boat trips, 
kayaking or just give you great tips on hiking or discovering those 
special beaches.  For all you golfers of course we have some great
courses nearby! 

Centrally located to all south shore attractions, you are steps to 
bodysurfing at Brennecke's Beach and sunbathing or whale watching on 
Poipu Beach. Steps away, you will find the ”Worlds Best” white sand 
beach with great snorkeling, sunbathing, swimming, surfing and 
a “protected bay” for children and those less adventuresome manned 
by lifeguards. Beachside Poipu Hale has complimentary beach chairs, 
beach toys. Surf boards, boogey boards, mountain bikes and other 
neat rental gear are available from Nukumoi Surf Company on the 
beach. If you just want to eat, Brennecke’s, Poipu Beach Broiler, 
Casa Di Amici and Keoiki’s are all great restaurants within walking 
distance.

from $380-$500 per night
Hale Pua (combines Seaside, Hibiscus & Breakers Suites) from
$435-$515 per night

Seaside Suite from $120-$135 per nite 
Hibiscus Suite from $135-$150 per nite
Breakers Suite from $175-$190 per nite
Tidepools Suite from $205-$225 per nite
Surfrider Suite from $215-$235 per nite

Please note 11.42% Hawaii State Tax and an outcleaning fee 
additional.
