Vacation Rental Description

Four bedroom ranch home in historic Narragansett Pier.  Oversized, 
secluded lot with large deck including picnic table, umbrella and 
gas barbeque grill for summer outdoor fun.  Outdoor shower with hot 
and cold water.  Home is nicely furnished with fully equipped 
kitchen.  House is bright, cheerful and tastefuly decorated. 

No Pets.  No Smoking.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, dishwasher, electric range, 
regrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, flatware,
cooking utensils, pots and pans.  Television with VCR/DVD 
combination  Four queen size beds with pillows and bedspreads.  

Activities and Attractions

Minutes to beach, seawall and boat ramp.  Fifteen golf courses, 
fishing (including deep sea), tennis, Adventureland for children and 
many activities nearby.  Short distance to restaurants, quaint 
shops, movie theater and library.  A short drive to beautiful 
Newport, Foxwood Casino or Mohegan Sun Casino.  Take a pleasurable 
ferry ride to Block Island for the day.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Rental Rates:

June 7, 2008 through June 28, 2008 - $1400.00 per week
June 28, 2008 through August 30, 2008 - $1600.00 per week

$300.00 security deposit required.

$100.00 cleaning fee.
