secluded lot with large deck including picnic table, umbrella and
gas barbeque grill for summer outdoor fun. Outdoor shower with hot
and cold water. Home is nicely furnished with fully equipped
kitchen. House is bright, cheerful and tastefuly decorated.

ALSO AVAILABLE ACADEMIC YEAR SEPTEMBER 2012 THROUGH MAY 2013. Rent is $2000.00 per month plus utilities. Academic lease. Can also be rented as a three bedroom one bath for $1500.00 per month plus utilities.
