This charming home offers three bedrooms, two full baths and a two car garage. The main bathroom has a vintage claw foot tub, and the master bedroom has a walk-in shower. Natural and orginal heartwood pine floors throughout with oriental rugs. Enjoy the layed back style of living in the screened porch or grilling on one of the two backyard patio's among citrus and tropical fruit trees. Walk to the Indian River and view launches from U.S. 1, just two blocks away. Kennedy Space Center  is very close buy, visit Merritt Island National Wildlife or discover the natural beauty of Titusville's Playalinda Beach, 25 miles of unspoiled beaches. Boating launch is a half of a mile away. Go fly-fishing on the Indian River, just a block away. Titusville has many beautiful parks and boat launches located on the River.
