Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to the family oriented south end of Wrightsville Beach!   
Near the Oceanic Restaurant/Crystal Pier and lifeguard stand, this  
comfortably furnished 3 bedroom/3 bath condo is conveniently located  
in the middle of a block that divides the ocean from the sound.  
Walking distance to either is less than 5 minutes! In addition to  
activities on the beautiful sandy beach, this area is great for  
sailing, kayaking, and biking.  Rentals for all are nearby!  Join the  
locals and visitors alike for a walk or run around the 3  
mile "Loop".   
After a day of fun and sun, wind down and relax on one of the two front  
decks as you enjoy the spectacular sunset over the sound.

Vacation Rental Rates

Spring Rate thru 5/23/08: Weekly rate: $1,200 
                          Weekend rate:  $575 
                          Nightly rate:  $250(minimum 2 night stay) 
Summer Rate 5/24-09/01/08: Weekly rate:  $1,600 
                           Nightly rate:   $320(minimum 2 night stay) 
 
$250 security deposit required with all reservations 
$ 70 required cleaning fee. 
12.75% required vacation rental tax.
