outdoor grill provide a lovely setting for entertaining. Spend an 
afternoon fishing in the 22-acre Lake Destiny. Watch glorious 
sunsets 
from a scenic gazebo overlooking Lake Destiny and the Gulf of 
Mexico. 
Destiny West also enjoys easy access to James Lee Wayside Park, with 
its outstanding public beach facilities including dune walkovers, 
restrooms, showers and covered picnic areas. While you are there, 
enjoy a view of the Gulf with lunch or dinner at one of the area's 
most popular waterfront restaurants, The Crab Trap. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This large 3 bedroom / 3 bath house is located within the gated 
community of Destiny West.  Entrance is directly across from the 
public beach access and the Crab Trap Restaurant.
The house has a master bedroom on the first and second floor and a 
kid’s room with 2 sets of bunks therefore allowing 8 to sleep 
comfortable!  The house also has its own garage and is located just 
100 steps to the pool, tennis court and clubhouse. Private backyard 
provides an area for the kids to play.
The house comes complete with all the amenities of home like full 
kitchen complete with appliances and utensils, TV's with VCR's 
and/or 
DVD players, Sony Playstation, washer & dryer , fireplace, patio 
with 
gas grill and extra towels and linens. Bikes and Golf Cart available 
for use.  High Speed Internet also available.

Activities and Attractions

Community Pool, Tennis, Fitness Center and Clubhouse.  Just steps to 
the beach.  Close proximity to shopping, golf, putt-putt, go carts 
and great restaurants.  

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 Rates:
Summer (May 17 - Aug. 23): $2135.00 per week
Aug. 23 - Nov. 1: $1145.00 per week
Nov. 1 – Nov. 29: $960 per week 
Dec. 1 – Feb. 2009: $785/wk or $1685/mo
Spring Break (Mar. 1– May. 2): $1325 per week
Must add Taxes and Cleaning Fees to above rates.
