its outstanding public beach facilities including dune walkovers,

and a kids room with 2 sets of bunks therefore allowing 8 to sleep
comfortable! The house also has its own garage and is located just
100 steps to the pool, tennis court and clubhouse. Private backyard
provides an area for the kids to play.

The house comes complete with all the amenities of home like full
kitchen complete with appliances and utensils, TV's with VCR's
and/or DVD players, Sony Playstation, washer & dryer , fireplace,
patio with gas grill and extra towels and linens. Bikes and Golf Cart
available for use. High Speed Internet also available.

Community Pool, Tennis, Fitness Center and Clubhouse. Just steps to

Spring Break (Mar 3 - Apr. 28): $1450/week

Late Spring (Apr 28 - May 19): $1175/week

Summer (May 19 - Aug. 25): $2250/week

Aug. 25 - Oct. 27: $1100/week

Nov. 17 - Nov. 24: $1175/week

Dec. 22- Dec. 30: $1175/week

Dec. 1 - Feb 23, 2013:  CALL for weekly & monthly rates
