Vacation Rental Description

Great quiet residential street off Wiggins Pass Road in desirable
North Naples location in Wooded bald eagle area.   Approximately 3
miles to beaches. 
You can walk to a couple restauants, Walgreens and 7-11.  
You will be able to walk to new Gateway Mall at North Bay when completed
and it house the new Bealls.
Yet this area is quiet & secluded.  Nicely furnished updated
tiled units with  screened lanais Looking out to a County preserve
area.  King size bed & Queen available.

No smoking, small to medium sized pet is very possible. No barkers please
please just well behaved dogs or cats.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Range, microwave, Dishwasher, Cable TV, Stereo, DVD/VHS, 
Gas Grill on lanai

Queen Size or King Size. Sofa bed in Living room.  Free use of Washer
& Dryer in attached building. 
Central heat and Air conditioning  No bugs regular pest control service.
No telephone as most now have cell phone with them

We found the duplex comfortable & cozy with a great location close to
restauants and beaches. House is in a quiet natural setting with a

The duplex was everything we expected, clean, centrally located to the
things we wanted, quiet and no surprises. New Grill was a plus and not

My 15 year old daughter and I enjoyed our stay the week of
3/28-4/4/2007. Perfect location and the fully equipped kitchen was
wonderful and the gas grill on the lanai wonderful. Like the fact it

Old 41 just after the dog track. Left onto Tamiami Trail and right at 
next light on Wiggins Pass Rd.  Second street to left is West Ln. End

Vacation Rental Rates

April 15 thru December 30th 2008  Long Term rental   $850.00 per month
including electric, cable, water & trash.

Now taking reservations for 2009 winter season

2009 Rates   

 
January $1900.  Weekly rate  $600.00 based on two weeks minimum
starting on the 1st or the 15th or 16th only

February $2200.  Weekly rate of $650.00 based on two weeks minimum
starting on the 1st of the 15th or 16th only.

March $2300.    Weekly rate $700.00 based on two weeks minimum
starting on the 1st or 15th or 16th  only

April $1500.         Weekly rate $400.00 based on two weeks minimum
starting on the 1st or 15th or 16th only
Ask for special requests and I will see if it can be arranged based on
pricing above.
 
Two week minimum if available   
Rates do not include the 10% hotel tax 


I also collect a $250.00 security deposit refunded within two weeks
of departure less any damage or loss.  This is to insure the apartment
stays complete and nice for the next guests. 

Pet Deposit $250.00 $150.00 refundable less any loss or damage. 
$100.00 not refundable and  will be  used for additional cleaning from
Pet.

Unit is set up for two people.  A short term stay of a guest on sofa
bed may be possible for a small additional charge. Inquire


$500.00 deposit to make reservation,  1/2 of Balance 120 days 
before arrival and balance 90 days before arrival. 
Quick booking within the 60 day period is 1/2 when making reservation 
and balance within 30 days prior arrival.
$100.00 cancellation fee if cancelled within the first deposit stage.
 If cancelled after monies less $100 cancellation fee will only be
refunded if your time is booked by another party.  Every effort will
be made to rent the apt and refund your money.
