CASA AZURE has BIG MAGIC PANORAMIC VIEWS OF BLUE THAT WILL TAKE YOUR BREATH AWAY!! OUR GORGEOUS DOWN ISLAND VIEW INCLUDES 16 ISLANDS! We are not 2 miles from the Caribbean, we are ON the Caribbean Sea! Most villas on St. Thomas are NOT on the Caribbean. Where would you like to be?? The villa is built on two levels and is completely air conditioned and screened. There are ocean views from each bedroom! The Furnishings are from Bali. There is a wireless DSL router. Bring your lap top computer.
The living area contains a fully equipped kitchen and dining room which
is open to a spacious deck with Jacuzzi. There is a new laser lit 20 X 10 foot pool on the spacious lower deck. The lower deck has comfortable lounges and a large Teak table and chairs. The views are truely STUPENDOUS!
The Great room also contains a queen sofa sleeper, large flat screen TV +
DVD Player. There is also a CD/IPod player. All three bedrooms contain carved teak poster beds and colorful Bali bedspreads.
Each bedroom has its own ensuite bath. The Villa is just down the
beach from the Ritz Carlton Hotel on the East end of St Thomas and a five
minute drive to shopping, dining and the ferry to St John. The Villa
is a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk to Blue Beards WHITE SAND BEACH at the Ritz Carlton. The Ritz rents Hobie Cats, Kayaks and Paddle Boats. They also have a great Spa and three great restaurants, two of which are on the water. The Ritz has the 53 foot Cat, Lady Linsey for day and sunset sails. Scuba and snorkeling lessons are available. They also can take you deep sea fishing for Blue Marlin, Wahoo, Tuna, Mahi Mahi and King Fish.

Rates are  based on 2 people per bedroom up to 6 guests. Over 6 guests would use sofa sleeper and Aero Beds.

Our rates  are significantly below other waterfront villas with private pools and hot tubs since we do not use a booking agent!

Cancellation policy: Confirmed reservations are considered binding. We will issue a refund if we are able to rebook the dates less a $300 administration fee. If you have to cancel and we don't re rent Casa Azure, we will rebook you for another date. Travel insurance is available. Call AIG Travel Guard.

10.0% Government Tax, $250 cleaning fee.
