Vacation Rental Description

Canadian owned brand new air-conditioned condo on the finest part of  
the Beach in Guayabitos.  The two bedrooms each feature king size  
beds with large mirrored closets. TV’s and DVD players.  Each bathroom is 
fully tiled with glass door showers. 
 
In the living area the lovely wicker and rattan furniture accent the  
beautiful fully equipped kitchen.  Stainless steel appliances, full  
gas stove with oven, microwave and full size fridge is accented by  
the black granite counter tops. Through sliding patio doors from the  
living/kitchen is a fabulous terazza overlooking the ocean. 
 
The top floor apartment is served by a control access elevator.  On  
the lower floor is an infinity edge pool surrounded by garden  
area,BBQ's and stylish pool furniture.  The building is very secure  
and has nighttime security.  With only 15 suites in the whole  
complex you get the feelin of luxury and privacy. 
 
Guayabitos is a wonderful beach town with all the amenities within  
walking distance from the condo (groceries, liquor stores, ice cream  
parlors, Internet cafes, coffee shops and excellent moderately  
priced restaurants.  It has often been referred to as the quiet 
side of paradise.  the beach is long and very friendly with lots of places 
to stop for an afternoon cervaza.  Vendoers sell fresh fish and prawns 
on the beach in the morning so you can shop for your dinner 
early and laze on the beach or around the pool for the rest of  
the day

Christmas / New years $1250.00 per week or $200.00 per night 
April 1 to December 15  $750.00 per week 
Rentals less than one week  $55.00 cleaning charge
