The top floor apartment is served by a control access elevator. On
the lower floor is an infinity edge pool surrounded by garden
area,BBQ's and stylish pool furniture. The building is very secure
and has nighttime security. With only 15 suites in the whole
complex you get the feelin of luxury and privacy.
Guayabitos is a wonderful beach town with all the amenities within
walking distance from the condo (groceries, liquor stores, ice cream
parlors, Internet cafes, coffee shops and excellent moderately
priced restaurants. It has often been referred to as the quiet
side of paradise. the beach is long and very friendly with lots of places
to stop for an afternoon cervaza. Vendoers sell fresh fish and prawns
on the beach in the morning so you can shop for your dinner
early and laze on the beach or around the pool for the rest of
the day
