General:  Newly decorated, fully furnished, air-conditioning, HD TV with DVD player, washer & dryer adjacent to kitchen.

This condo is centrally located in a fabulous area full of activities and attractions. # 1 Attraction GOLF. We have the most beautiful Resorts & Spas.  There are Incredible bike & hiking paths. This unit is a monthly rental:

High Season: December, January, February, March, April = $2300.00 per month

Low Season: May, June, July, August, September = $1500.00 per month

Mid Season: October, November - $1800.00 per month

All utilities are included in the price of monthly rent.

A security deposit of $500, and signed lease are required at the time of reservation.  The rent is due upon arrival.  If you need to cancel for any reason after confirming your reservation, your deposit is non refundable.
