Vacation Rental Description

February 1, 2008:  Tidewater Beach #1607 is open for business.   
 
Reservations are now being taken for this beautiful, brand-new condo that features 
one bedroom and two baths, with a balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.  A separate  
bunk bed area, a king-size bed, and a queen sleeper sofa provide accommodations  
for up to six people. Fine appointments of this condo include nine-foot ceilings,  
granite countertops, and crown molding in the living room.  Everything is new,  
clean, and ready for your enjoyment.   
 
 
The location: Gulf-front in Panama City Beach, on the 16th floor of Tidewater Beach  
Resort on Front Beach Road....The unit: Beautiful one bedroom, two baths, kitchen,  
living room with a large private balcony offering a captivating view of the Gulf of  
Mexico....Sleeping accommodations: Up to six, with a king-size bed, a sleeper sofa  
in the living room, and twin bunk beds in the hall...Kitchen appointments:  
Refrigerator with icemaker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer\dryer, coffeemaker,  
toaster, blender, pots, pans, plates, glasses, flatware... Dining:  Table for four 
plus serving bar with two bar stools...Other amenities: Large (42”) HD plasma TV  
in the living room, color television in the bedroom, cable television with many high definition  
channels, DVD players, CD player, FM Radio, phones in bedroom and living room,

August Special: $349 weekend special for August 23 - 26 (three nights) or $299 for August 23 - 25  
(two nights), all taxes and the cleaning fee included. 
 
September Specials:  
$599 for the week of Sept 6 - 13, 13 - 20, or 20 - 27 all taxes and the cleaning fee included  
(maximum occupancy of four); 
 
 
Special Winter Rates are available for longer-term renters from November to March. Email owner for a  
quote.

Note: These rates are effective February 16, 2008, and are subject to change without notice until a  
reservation is confirmed. Weekly and monthly rental rates include the cleaning fee and the amenities  
fee charged by Tidewater Beach. Add Florida tax (10.5%) and a refundable security deposit of $200  
($500 for renters under 25). Daily rentals add $75 for cleaning. No pets, no smoking, no subletting.  
Daily rates in spring and fall may require an additional charge for extending into a second partial  
week. Weekly rates run from Saturday to Saturday, with check-in at 3:00 p.m. and check-out by 10:00  
a.m.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a minimum charge of $25.  
Cancellations within four weeks of check-in are non-refundable.  No refunds 
for early departure.
