Note: These rates are effective January 1, 2013, and are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed. Weekly and monthly rental rates include the cleaning fee. Add Florida taxes (12.5%) and a refundable security deposit of $200. Daily rentals add $95 for cleaning except where specials include the cleaning fee. Absolutely no pets, no smoking, no subletting.  Persons under 25 may not rent unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Weekly rates run from Saturday to Saturday, with check-in at 3:00 p.m. and check-out by 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise stated.  Listed prices include a discount for cash payment; credit card tranaction fees charged by PayPal are extra.

Cancellation Policy: All renter-initiated cancellations are subject to a minimum charge of $50. Cancellations within four weeks of check-in are non-refundable. No refunds are given for early departure.
