new, clean, and ready for your enjoyment.

Fall Price Cuts: Rent for $599 total per week (includes taxes and cleaning fee).  Beach service is free.

Note: These rates are effective January 1, 2011, and are subject to
change without notice until a reservation is confirmed. Weekly and monthly rental rates include the cleaning fee. Add Florida taxes (12.5%) and a refundable security deposit of $200. Daily rentals add $75 for cleaning except where specials include the cleaning fee. No pets, no smoking, no subletting. Daily rates in spring and fall may require an additional charge for extending into a second partial week. Weekly rates run from Saturday to Saturday, with check-in at 3:00 p.m. and check-out by 10:00 a.m.  Listed prices include a discount for cash payment; payment by credit card adds 3% to the total.

Cancellation Policy: All renter-initiated cancellations are subject to a minimum
charge of $25. Cancellations within four weeks of check-in are non-
refundable. No refunds for early departure.
