Our kitchen is spacious and is fully equiped. All cookware and tableware is included. Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. The 3 bedrooms include a Master with a pillow top king bed, a brand new LCD TV with DVD player set, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed and a brand new LCD TV with DVD player set. Bedroom #3 has 1 single top of bunk bed, 1 double bottom of bunk bed and 1 single and a flatscreen TV set & DVD player = sleeps a total of 4. The sofa opens to a queen bed for extra sleeping space (sleeps 2).

On the 3rd floor, you have a great vantage point over the ocean. Enjoy your view both day and night, sitting around the large balcony’s comfortable dining table and chairs. Tiled floors stay cool in the day, as do you, thanks to an overhead outdoor fan. Within the kitchen, find all the dishes, pots and pans that you could wish for.

This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 732 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida. This is building 7, 3rd floor of a sixth floor building. We also manage unit 734, 735 on the same floor, perfect for families traveling together.

The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual "zero" slope entrance for kids, a water "splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a game room, and a selection of  picturesque walking and jogging trails. ( The pools are 2 block away.)

Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is a private course known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock are numerous challenging public golf courses.
