beautiful sand with no streets to cross. This condo is one of 3  
units  
availble in a four unit building.Enjoy watching the  
beautiful Florida sunsets from your private enclosed balcony or from  
our private open sundeck overlooking the beach. This beautifully  
furnished condo is complete with a full size washer/dryer, fully  
equipped full size kitchen and 2 enclosed balconies. There is  
covered private parking for 2 cars.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

There is a heated private swimming pool along with an outdoor  
barbeque area. Downstairs has a private storage area filled with  
beach paraphernalia. There is a dining area that can seat up to 8  
people and a separate eat in kitchen area. The living room has DVD/VCR, the 
master bedroom is equipped with TV/VCR and there is a TV is the second bedroom, 
and cable is supplied. Wireless high speed internet access is available. 

Activities and Attractions

We are well located in the center of Holmes Beach and you can  
explore the entire island with the free trolley that runs from end  
to end. Tampa airport is 1 hour away and Sarasota airport is 20  
minutes. Disney theme parks are 90 minutes away and Busch Gardens is  
1 hour away. Downtown Sarasota is 20 minutes away. Anna Maria Island  
is easy to explore by bicycle. There are abundant restaurants on the  
island and there is a nearby shopping center within walking distance.
