This single family, 2 story home is located in the North end of Lavallette.

It is perfect for a family reunion, or 2 family rental.

It is the sixth house from the beach,
on a quiet ocean block. It is one of the oldest residences in
Lavallette, and has been owned by our family for 40 years.

It is an informal, unpretentious home, where you can kick your shoes off and
relax.

The main house has 8 bedrooms, (3 queen size beds, 7 twin
beds, and 1 full bed), and 1.5 bathrooms, as well as the kitchen, dining room,
living room and t.v. room. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, right off  the bathroom; ideal for older adults.

The "back room", attached to the garage,
is separated from the main house by a large covered patio, and has a
single room with 2 twin beds, and a bathroom with shower stall.  It is perfect for elderly adults, a couple with a new baby, or teens who want to be near, but not that near, their parents.

Renters must hire cleaning company, (a preferred list will be supplied).

Central Air, plus Ceiling fans in each room.

Washer and dryer in basement. 

Gas grill with propane.  

2 round patio tables on covered rear patio. 

One outdoor shower, two interior showers.

3-4 car driveway.

3 televisions;
VCR, DVD, Cable with Premium channels.
 
Garbage disposal, dishwasher, gas stove, coffee maker, blender,
pots and pans, dishes, and utensils.
Nearby supermarket, drug store, deli, and liquor store.

Swimming in ocean and bay; surfing; boating; surf fishing; walking,
jogging,or biking on boardwalk; shopping; restaurants; take-out
food; bars; playgrounds;fishing and crabbing on the bay piers.

$ 5300 per week during season.

Certain weeks may be negotiated at a lower price.

Off season is negotiable.
