This single family, 2 story home is located in the North end of Lavallette.

It is perfect for a family reunion, or 2 family rental.

It is the sixth house from the beach,
on a quiet ocean block. It is one of the oldest residences in
Lavallette, and has been owned by our family for 40 years.

It is an informal, unpretentious home, where you can kick your shoes off and
relax.

The main house has 8 bedrooms, (4 queen size beds, 7 twin
beds), and 1.5 bathrooms, as well as the kitchen, dining room,
living room and t.v. room. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, right off  the bathroom; ideal for older adults.

The "back room", attached to the garage,
is separated from the main house by a large covered patio, and has a
single room with 2 twin beds, and a bathroom with shower stall.  It is perfect for elderly adults, a couple with a new baby, or teens who don't want to be near their "uncool" parents.

Ceiling fans in each room, 6 window unit air conditioners are available. These a/c units are there
as a courtesy to the renter. The tenant must place them in the windows, should they decide to use
them.
Washer and dryer in basement.
Gas grill in backyard, with propane tank.
Outdoor shower.
3-4 car driveway.

3 televisions
VCR, DVD, Cable with Premium channels.
Additional fridge/freezer in basement.
Garbage disposal, dishwasher, gas stove, coffee maker, blender,
pots and pans, dishes, and utensils.
Nearby supermarket, drug store, deli, and liquor store.

Swimming in ocean and bay; surfing; boating; surf fishing; walking,
jogging,or biking on boardwalk; shopping; restaurants; take-out
food; bars; playgrounds;fishing and crabbing on the bay piers.

$ 4700 per week during season. Off season is negotiable.
