Key West style beach cottage in Delray Beach

Charming Key West style guest cottage only four houses from the beach and one block to
Atlantic Avenue. Although the property is very peaceful, you will be in the hub of the town.
To the west is the Intercoastal waterway and it is an easy walk over the bridge to dozens of
restaurants and charming shops.

Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths with full size washer and dryer. One queen
size bed, one full size bed and a twin sofa bed in living room.
Eat-in kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and more. Living room
has satellite TV with DVD/VCR.

Wireless DSL connection.

Tropical gardens with koi pond outside deck off the master bedroom. Very tranquil.

We supply beach chairs and towels.

Beach at the end of the street to the east and Intercoastal waterway to the west. Rental
concession down the beach for water activities. Beach is beautiful with turquoise water
reminicent of the Caribbean. Cabana rentals are also available on the beach. Popular
restaurants right on the beach are around the corner.

Half of the rental to reserve the house, balance due the day of arrival; $500 security deposit;
$80 cleaning fee; 11.5% FL rental tax for rentals less than 6 months; cash or check only.
Cancellation policy: Deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is less than 60 days prior to
arrival date.
