           New in Oak Bluffs with over 3600 square feet.
This rather large house is located just a few blocks from the lagoon 
and within biking distance of downtown shops and entertainment. 
There are many beaches nearby.
 The house has a wonderful kitchen and a covered outdoor dining and 
entertaining area. The living room is very roomy and has a marble 
and stone fireplace with custom built stone 
work for your relaxing enjoyment. The house features high knotty pine 
wood ceilings and a second or third story view. With marble, 
oriental carpets, and cherry hardwood floors throughout you will 
feel like royalty as you enjoy the vineyard summer.
 There is plenty of room outside as well with a large yard to enjoy 
and another back deck with an outdoor shower. Of course there is an 
outdoor BBQ as well. Total relaxation!

as bedrooms, a covered porch, a large living room a good size 
dining area, a full size custom kitchen with breakfast bar, massive 
stair case, skylights, outdoor stairs from second level kitchen to 
back deck, Out door shower, a very large laundry room and a large 
landscaped yard.
An Attached studio with private bathroom and entrance can be added as a seventh bedroom for the 
premium rate for a sleeping max of 15.

Activities and Attractions

Marthas Vineyard is a vacation paradise and has endless beaches, 
restaurants, and shopping as well as everything else a vacationer 
could want.
   The house is located just three blocks walk to lagoon side sandy 
beach and 1.5 miles to state beach.
   Golf course is 2 blocks away. A couple other courses within 10 
minutes.
   Americas oldest carousel/merry go-round is 1.5 miles away in 
downtown Oak Bluffs.
   Bike path hikeing trails and park are all two blocks from house.
   Boat launch is 3 blocks.
   Free tennis courts 1/2 mile from house.
   Sailing Camp Park is 1/2 mile.
