You may want to start your day on the balcony, off the living room, 
enjoying your quiet time and the spectatular sunrises.  Then, it's a 
myriad of activities including but not limited to golf, fishing, 
tennis, shopping, sightseeing, fitness room usuage, water sports, or 
maybe just curled up in your complimentary beach chairs and umbrella 
with a good book and a cold drink.  After dinner, back to the 
balcony for a magnificent sunset.  Just visualize the blue green waters 
lapping up onto the pristine sugary white beache as the sun sets 
over the horizon exploding into an assortment of colors in the sky.  At 
the end of day, your mind will turn to the very comfortable King 
size bed in the Master Bedroom.  Lay there, with the balcony door open 
wide to the gentle cadence of the waves coming ashore, just a 
hundred feet from your private balcony.  

Our fifth floor, 2 Bedroom beach condo is not the typical rental 
unit owned by an indifferent investor.  This is our home away from home.  
We live here many months a year.  Our condo was professionally 
decorated with comfort in mind and includes many amenities.  The 
kitchen is equipped to prepare a gourmet meal or just a quick snack

Pelican Isle is located 2 miles down Santa Rosa Boulevard, which is 
a divided four lane no outlet road.  This section of Okaloosa Island 
is only 1/2 mile wide with the Gulf to the south and Choctawhatchee Bay 
to the north.  It truly is quiet and serene.  If you want hussle and 
busle just go 7 miles east on US Highway 98 to Destin.

be able to see yourselve here. With one phone call you can experience 
it for Real !!

Close your eyes and visualize this scene:

From the 5th floor balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico, you see the 
sky blue horizon, emerald green waters, and sugar white sandy 
beachs. With the naked eye you can watch playful dolphins in the 
surf or watch all the many beach activities.  From the expansive 
balcony you can view spectacular sunrises and sunsets.  For your 
viewing pleasure, the living room and master bedroom each have 
entrances onto the Gulf Front balcony.

The lively Caribbean colors on Pelican Isle's exterior extend into 
Unit 504.  You will feel as though you have been transported to 
Miami's South Beach except that the Okaloosa Beach is more 
magnificent!!  Our professionally decorated condo has upgraded 
furniture, with King bed in master suite, Queen bed in guest room, 
and queen bed sofa couch along with TV/VCR/DVD electronics, AM/FM/CD 
player, and ceiling fans with lights in every room.  All appliances 
including washer and dryer are new as building was completed in 
January 2003.

You will feel safe and secure as front desk is staffed with 
courteous personnel whom monitor the security cammeras that are located in the 
pool, spa, and covered garage areas.
