provide a queen master bed, with plenty of pillows and blankets to
make a cozy retreat. Additional guests will find a queen size sofa
bed in the relaxing living room. Access to the private balcony
calls you for morning coffee or relaxing with a good book. If you choose, making meals will be a breeze in your fully equipped kitchen, complete with newer appliances and upgraded quartz countertops. You have the option of dining inside or outside on the balcony, complete with gas bbq, overlooking a beautiful greenbelt.

50% of rental and cleaning fee due at booking. The remaining 50% due
