Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy direct ocean access from our intimate 5 story building. In this 
tranquil beachfront property you are close to the action of South 
Beach but away from the noise. Our lovely, recently remodeled two 
bedroom, two bath condo is centrally located on the east side of 
Collins Avenue and 41st Street. No streets to cross in order to reach 
the beach. Within walking distance of Arthur Godfrey Rd. and it's 
many stores and restaurants. Unit has a fully equipped kitchen with 
beautiful Shaker style maple cabinets, all new Jenn-Aire stainless 
steel appliences (cooktop, microwave, refrigerator and 
dishwasher).Kitchen also has granite countertop, and eat-in breakfast 
area.  
All new stone-look porcelain tile throughout with new hurricane 
impact windows. The bathrooms are also totally remodeled. Brand new 
furniture including queen size sleeper sofa 
in the living room, and new dining room that seats six. There is a 
queen size bed in the master bedroom, and 2 twin size beds in the 
guest bedroom. Thin screen t.v. in living area. 
Enjoy city views from the spacious balcony. 
The apartment is approx. 1100 square feet with the famous Boardwalk 
and the beach as your back yard. Excellent location,where you'll be 
minutes from South Beach, Lincoln Road, Miami International Airport 
and Downtown Miami. Non-smoking unit, no pets or parties, please!

apartamento de 2 dormitorios y dos banos esta localizado en el centro 
de la playa de Miami Beach, en Collins Avenue y 41 Calle. Camine a 
las tiendas y restaurantes. La unidad tiene cocina equipada con 
nuevos electrodomesticos de Jenn-Aire que consiste de estufa, micro-
ondas, refrigerador y lavadora de platos. Nueva loza porcelana, 
mostrador de marmol en la cocina. El apartamento tiene aprox. 1100 
pies cuadrados con la playa directamente detras del edificio. 
Localidad excelente, solo a unos minutos de South Beach, Lincoln 
Road, Areopuerto de Miami y el Downtown de Miami.

The Boardwalk is directly behind our building. Enjoy leisurely walks 
or jogging on the Boardwalk. Short walk to lunch & 
dinner at the famous Fountainbleau, Eden Roc Hotels, Carrabas 
Restaurant & Bar, and Outback Steakhouse. 
Access to them through the boardwalk! Take a leisurely walk to 
South Beach via the Boardwalk. Water sports nearby.
Within walking distance of Arthur Godfrey Rd. and it's many stores 
and restaurants. 
The pool is on the roof of our small, five story building. 
Our condo is also our vacation home - not the typical rental unit.
