Vacation Rental Description

This wonderful, popular, romantic cottage is entering its third 
successful rental season.  It is nestled among towering trees and 
meandering ivy with an absolutely breathtaking view of Lake Lanier 
all year long.  It is located in a quiet neighborhood on a deep 
water 
cove.

The lake is a gentle walk on a beautiful lighted stone path to the 
deep water dock.  Private dock with automatic boat lift.  Launching 
ramp is nearby for your use.

This cottage is perfect for romantic getaways, family vacations, or 
simply a quiet, stress-free, relaxing retreat.  The master bedroom 
has a queen plush pillowtop mattress with beautiful bedding.  Sink 
into the bed and feel all your cares drift away. All bedrooms are 
tastefully decorated.  Towels and linens are provided.  Dishes, 
cookware, glassware, etc. are provided.  Home is newly painted on 
the inside upstairs.

Have coffee on the sunporch (which is nestled in the trees) on one 
of two windowseats adorned with pillows galore!  Enjoy your paper on 
the glider, the outside deck or down on the dock.  A screened porch 
with gorgeous waterfront views has just been completed on the lower 
level.

This cottage has two levels--both above ground with windows and 
walkouts.  The family room and dining room, kitchen, laundry room, 
master bedroom, full bath, and sunporch are located on the main 
level.  The lower level has a den with TV/VCR, bath with shower, 
two bedrooms, and screened porch.  There are spacious windows 
throughout the cottage to enjoy the incredible views of the lake.

The combination family room and dining room have cathedral ceilings 
and a massive rock wall fireplace.  Dining table seats six and there 
are three kitchen barstools with island nearby, all with great views 
of the lake.  Sit in the leather recliner and watch TV or movies 
and still have a wonderful view of the lake.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fireplace, phone, central heat and air conditioning, 2 cable TV's 
with HBO,VCR, DVD, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher,refrigerator 
with ice maker, coffee maker, blender.  Dishes and cooking utensils 
provided, linens provided, washer, dryer, iron, life jackets, beach 
towels,adirondack chairs, patio furniture, private covered deepwater 
dock, ceiling fans, games, movies and gas grill.
No smoking.  No pets.

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy the awesome views and gorgeous sunsets.  The North Georgia 
Premium Outlet Mall (with over 100 stores) is just 10 minutes away.  
The Mall of Georgia, with its vast array of high end stores, is 
located 25 minutes away.

For a change of pace, visit the nearby historic towns of Helen and 
Dahlonega.

Biking, hiking, golf, fishing, wildlife viewing, horseback riding, 
shopping, restaurants, sightseeing, swimming, boating, sailing, 
waterskiing, jet skiing.
