This unit is located in the Summit Complex at 8743 Thomas Drive -
right on the beach in Panama City Beach, Florida. Relax and enjoy
the awesome view of the surf, from the den, dining area and
kitchen! The view is spectacular!!
The large, private bedroom has a king-sized bed. There are 2
bunkbeds built into an alcove in the hallway, and a queen-sized
sleeper sofa in the living area. This unit comfortably sleeps 6, is
a non-smoking unit, tile throughout, cable TV, private phone line,
patio furniture, and more.
The kitchen is completely equipped, including: dishwasher,
microwave,
coffee maker, crock pot, cookware and utensils, etc. All linens
provided. A private washer/dryer in the unit!

The complex features many amenities for the family - there's

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and occupy the unit.

We do rent for 3-4 night stays during certain times of the year.
