Vacation Rental Description

This 5 bedroom retreat surrounded by Tahoe’s lofty pines in Kings Beach is close to EVERYTHING -  
whether you enjoy summer activities on the lake or winter festivities, you’re in the center of it  
all!  
 
As you walk in the front door, you'll instantly feel the charm and warmth of this mountain cabin. On  
the upper level you’ll find a spacious open kitchen with eating bar for 2, dining room with seating  
for 10, living room with gas burning wood stove surrounded by beautiful river rock and a large upper  
deck where you can enjoy the mountain and lake views while barbequing or just relaxing.  Also  
upstairs is the master suite (king bed) and master bath with a luxury steam shower and deep, jetted  
2-person tub - the perfect place to relax after a long day of skiing or hiking.  
 
The lower-level consists of four bedrooms (three with queen beds, one with full bed) and a  
continental bath with double sinks. For that little tyke, there is a built-in twin bed tucked away  
under the stairs. Also on the lower level is a family room equipped with a pool table, TV with a VCR  
and DVD, hide-a-bed couch (full size) and dart board. Walk out to the lower level deck to relax and  
unwind in the hot tub (seats six), while enjoying nature’s wonderland.  Laundry facilities are also  
on this level. 
 
The perfect home base for fun-filled days and evenings, you will feel right at home here, and the  
amenities, location, and decor of this cabin will compliment your vacation in North Lake Tahoe.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates: (Visa and MasterCard accepted) 
Tier 1: Weekly, six or seven consecutive nights.  
Tier 2: Per night for three to five consecutive dates. 
Tier 3: Per night for two consecutive dates. 
 
High Season (Jan 5th -Apr 23rd, 2009 and Jun 19th - Sep 11th, 2008):  
Tier 1 - $2200, Tier 2 - $425/night, Tier 3 - $550/night 
 
Low Season (Apr 24th - Jun 18th, 2008 and Sep 12th - Dec 18th, 2008): 
Tier 1 - $1550, Tier 2 - $300/night, Tier 3 - $375/night 
 
Holiday High (Dec 19th, 2008-Jan 4th, 2009): 
Tier 1 - $4000, Tier 2 - $600/night, Tier 3 - $750/night 
 
Holiday Low (Thanksgiving and Memorial Day weeks, Friday to Friday): 
Tier 1 - $1800, Tier 2 - $345/night, Tier 3 - $415/night 
 
Two night minimum, excludes taxes (10% of the rental rate), cleaning fees and refundable deposit.
