~~ Live like Royalty in CAMELOT CASTLE ~~

Camelot Castle is situated on a premium lot in a quiet cul-de-sac 
backing onto the 40 acre natural lake, on the beautiful, secluded, 
woodland, conservation sub-division of Thousand Oaks off CR54, to 
the south-west of Kissimmee in Central Florida.  The views from the 
rear of Camelot Castle, across the lake are stunning - the sunsets 
are out of this world! 

THE 40 ACRE NATURAL LAKE

A beautiful, 40 acre, deep water, natural lake borders our garden 
and we enjoy over 70' of private lake edge from which you can fish 
or launch a small boat.  Majority of the lake is bordered by 
conservation areas which include large, old trees in which all kinds 
of birds roost.  The resident heron and egrets are a joy to watch.  
At various times of the day you may also be lucky enough to see 
turtles, water snakes and alligators in the waters.  A flock of wild 
turkeys lives in the conservation on Thousand Oaks and they can 
frequently be seen wandering around, led by the dominant male, from 
garden to garden, and around the lake edge. It's a truly magic 
environment. 

SOUTH FACING POOL, HEALTH SPA/HOT TUB & DECK

For sun worshippers the biggest bonus is that the HUGE DECKING, 
HEALTH SPA/HOT TUB and POOL area (39ft x 28ft) is SOUTH facing, onto 
the LAKE.  This area is very private and has white panel fencing 
with landscaping on both sides and an open aspect to the lake and 
conservation.

Swim in the POOL whilst the wildlife swims close by on the lake or 
luxuriate in our wonderful 6 person HEALTH SPA/HOT TUB, which has 
many & varied toning jets.  Relax in the luxury, padded pool chairs 
(8 on the deck, with 2 more in the Games room) around the 2 large 
tables with umbrellas or lie on the padded sun-loungers (4), in each 
case taking advantage of both the gorgeous view and those golden 
rays from early morning until sunset.  

GAMES ROOM

The GAMES ROOM provides hours of entertainment for those of you who 
enjoy Pool, Air Hockey, Foosball, Electronic Darts and Quoits.  
You'll also find the Fishing Rods in this room, which you are 
welcome to use to test your "catching & landing" skills from the 
lake at the bottom of our garden.  The Games room has a selection of 
games which are suitable for all age groups and for your little 
Knights and Princesses we have a MegaBlocks Play-in-Castle plus an 
assortment of toys.  You'll find a TV, DVD/CD player and VCR, all 
discretely housed in an entertainment armoire with fully retractable 
doors, so you can game and watch at the same time!! For your added 
comfort we have included extra lighting, 2 luxury padded chairs, a 
moveable tall fan with 3 speeds and timer, plus a radio/CD player.

LOUNGE & FAMILY ROOM

Relax quietly in the LOUNGE reading a book from our extensive 
library or check your email (at no cost to you) from Camelots 
computer which has a flat screen monitor and 24 hour wireless 
internet access. Or entertain yourselves in the FAMILY ROOM which 
contains a 50" DLP-HDTV with progressive scan DVD and High 
Definition cable channels. Both rooms have remote controlled ceiling 
fans with lights and dimmer control, for your extra comfort. 
BATHROOM 4 is close by the Lounge. 

THE MASTER BEDROOMS

The 2 MASTER BEDROOMS with ENSUITE BATHROOMS, King Arthurs Court and 
Queen Guineveres Chamber, both have wonderful views over the lake 
and conservation area. Each is luxuriously appointed with an 
ornately carved cherry wood king/queen-size Four Poster bed with 
canopy, pillowtop mattress, high thread count quality linens and 
cream colored satin quilt, shams and skirt, plus carved cherry wood 
bedside units with lamps and matching large dresser with ornate 
mirror. 

MASTER BEDROOM 1, King Arthurs Court, has patio doors which lead 
directly onto the pool, spa and lake.  It contains a beautiful 
cherry wood matching armoire and two sumptuous armchairs. 

MASTER BEDROOM 2, Queen Guineveres Chamber, is upstairs and 
overlooks the pool, spa and lake via a 5' x 3' picture window.  It 
has a cherry wood 3-drawer unit and a beautifully carved wooden love-
seat with padded, tapestry covered, seat, sides and back.  

Both of these opulent bedrooms have a walk-in closet, cable TV with 
DVD/CD player, clock radio, hairdryer and ceiling fan with lights 
and dimmer control. Truly fit for Royalty!

THE TWIN BEDROOMS

The 2 TWIN BEDROOMS, Sir Lancelots Squires, themed on knights & 
dragons, has a PlayStation 2 console and Lady Morgans Maidens, 
themed on fairies & woodland creatures, has a PlayStation 1 
console.  
Each bedroom also contains 2 matching beds, a matching bedside unit 
and 4-drawer dresser, a walk-in closet, plus a cable TV, clock 
radio, hairdryer and ceiling fan with lights.  These bedrooms share 
BATHROOM 3.

For our little apprentice squires and maidens we have a TRAVEL CRIB 
and BEDDING, an adjustable HIGHCHAIR and baby listening monitor plus 
the all important STAIR GATE.  For older and slightly more 
independent apprentices we have a lovely, solid, CHILD BED complete 
with Winnie the Pooh bedding, suitable for up to about 6 years old, 
depending on height.  Just let us know if you wish to use these 
items and they will be ready and waiting for you, on your arrival, 
in the bedroom of your choice, and at no cost to you.  

OTHER LIVING AREAS

Prepare meals in our state-of-the-art KITCHEN and then eat, drink 
and be merry planning your ultimate vacation, sitting at the large, 
solid cherry wood, beautiful Round Table in the DINING ROOM, with 
its 8 matching dining chairs, or the BREAKFAST ROOM which 
comfortably seats 4.   

Of course there is also a separate LAUNDRY complete with full-size 
washer and dryer, laundry basket, plus iron and ironing board. You 
can return home with suitcases full of clean clothes!
