This house is now available for weekly and monthly rental. Aunt Millies is located on the beautiful New Jersey coast line, with it's own private boat dock with ocean access. Just a few miles away from the Pt. Pleasant Boardwalk filled with shops, eateries, and amusements. Nearby include: Golf, fishing, health facilities and 2 beachfront playgrounds. A pleasant train, car, or boat ride from the population centers of the East Coast, makes this 3 bedroom home your own private port.

Light and airy seaside retreat with 3 bedrooms. There is a Master Bedroom with a Queen sized bed, closet, iron and ironing board and a ceiling fan. The 2nd room has a bunk bed, dresser, and a closet. The 3rd room is upstairs with 2 single beds, dresser, ceiling fan, and it's own air conditioner. Modern Kitchen includes: Serving set for 8, pots and pans,
utensils, glassware and gas range. Appliances: Coffee maker,
filtered water/ice, full refrigerator, microwave, toaster.
Off street parking available for up to 3 vehicles.
Large family/TV room. Boosts large TV, PlayStation, DVD player,
VCR, Satellite TV, Stereo/CD player (Video store and game rental,
half mile away).
Enclosed, screened porch dining area adjacent relaxing reading
nook.
Dock side shower, boat ramp one mile away. Bring your own boat,
private dock, or play in the water with onsite Paddle boat. Four
life jackets included.
Outdoor BBQ grill, dining and night lighting.
Bathroom: Beach towels, bath towels and hair dryer.
Wood floors throughout. Heating available, house fully air
conditioned.

The Rental period is weekly. One month rental also available. (30
days)
Summer Rental Weekly Rate: $1100 -$1325 (7 day rental)
Monthly rates $4300 -$5200 One Month
Winter rates upon request.
Rental deposit: 50% of rental total at time of booking is necessary
in order to secure the time requested. The remaining 50% will be
due
two weeks before arrival. We accept cash, travelers checks and
major
credit cards. Other methods of payment by request.
Pets: Dogs only allowed. It is the owners responsibility to clean
up after your dog inside and out. Additional $150 fee will be added
to the weekly rental fee. ($600 monthly) All strictly enforced.
Refundable Damage Deposit: We require a $200 damage deposit which
will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the last day of rental. The
lease will be put in one persons name. All family members need to
be
listed. Upon check out guests are expected to carry out trash, do
dishes, clean bathroom and leave in neat and tidy condition. Our
cleaning crew will take care of the rest.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled a week prior to occupancy, your
deposit will be refunded less $500. If cancelled less than one week
out, deposit is forfeited.
