peaceful condo right on the beach!  Not only is there an excellent restaurant on the premises, but 5 
others 
within walking distance.        

Beautiful ground level studio condo.  No tiresome stairs to climb! Full ocean view from our giant 
patio slider. 
Perfectly situated between both pools. Beautiful private beach. Restaurants, surf shop, and shopping 
within walking distance. Costco 15 minutes away.  New store (Mega)5, minutes away.  This is 
paradise! The top 
left picture is the pool with the swim up bar, and the top right picture is the pool just steps from 
our patio. The

conditioning.

patio, to enjoy al 
fresco dining,  and more.  All bedding and towels supplied.  Hot plates....Cook inside! You never 
have to leave, if 
you dont want to! Full size fridge! Private bathroom with excellent pressure in shower.  All 
utensils and 
cookware provided.

Within walking distance to the best waves in all of Baja.  Zippers, The Rock & Old Mans.  Fantastic 
snorkeling 
just minutes away, at The Famous Palmilla, Chileno Bay and Santa Maria Bays. "The Canopy" (a zip 
line 
adventure), and world class ATV tours just minutes up the road.  4 pools on the premises.  The 
surfing is world 
class.!  The relaxation is world class!  Golfing close by.  Great Surf!!!

cancellations made within 45 days of arrival. We are not responsible 
for "Acts of God", hurricanes or other weather events. A 25% 
administrative fee will be charged for cancellation or we will re-
book alternative dates for your stay at no charge.
