Vacation Rental Description

What a view!  Enjoy breathtaking views from all rooms! The living  
room, bedroom and balcony all overlook the Gulf(totally gulf  
front!); and the kitchen overlooks the Intercostal. We are next to  
the Sheraton Sand Key and across the street from the Sand Key  
Marriott. 
 
If you have never been to Sand Key, this is the spot! Rent two weeks  
or more (there is a two-week minimum rental).  
 
Lighthouse Towers is a gated condominium ( 24 hour security ) with  
all the amenities --  
including a heated pool and spa, a tennis court, basketball hoop,  
putting green, shuffleboard, outdoor grills with wet bar(phone  
security to light), and a private reserved parking space.  
 
Take a stroll along the Gulf's white sandy beach. Watch the gorgeous  
sunsets from the living room, balcony or master bedroom! You may  
even see dolphins frolicking in the surf! This will be just the  
vacation you've always dreamed of!

All rates are subject to 12% Florida tax, $100.00 cleaning fee, $100  
application fee(non-refundable, money goes directly to Lighthouse  
Towers, a refundable $200 security.  A minimum of 10 days  
prior notice for rentals. 
 
Please note: Lighthouse Towers is a two (2) week minimum property.   
If you wish to stay just 7 days, the rates will be as follows: 
 
May 1 - December 13 : $995 per 7 days plus extras 
December 13 -  April 30 : $ 1500 per 7 days plus extras
