and POOL. You won't believe the amenities, all you need to make
this the ultimate vacation home. Enjoy a beverage on your lanai with
tropical breezes overlooking the blue Pacific. The owners are famous
for their personal touches. The kitchen abounds with spices, sauces,
dry goods, great cookware, lots of room. Just bring your favorite
fresh food. Ultra quality stainless steel BBQ for cooking that fish
you just caught. Exquisite master bedroom with lanai overlooking
ocean, 3 of 4 bedrooms on the oceanfront, ...you will say WOW!!

Note:  Mika 'Alua is in a residential neighborhood and to be good neighbors we do not rent the house for large parties.  We do not allow more than a total of 12 people on the property at any one time - subject to loss of your deposit. 

Snorkeling equipment, beach towels, 3 Tv's (2 with Dish Network),
DVD players and movie library, computer with broadband and
WiFi access, printer, scanner, fax machine, full kitchen with
everything you need furnished (including a high chair), lanai's,
stainless steel BBQ, lanterns for the Volcano walk. EVERYTHING to
make this a trip of a lifetime. We strive to make it your home away

yes you are just a short walk to the BEST snorkeling around -- purple
and green coral, a panorama of fish in all colors, turtles abound.
Leisurely follow a green sea turtle (but don't touch, protected
species).
These tide pools are perfect for children, protected from the ocean
ocean, very calm and easy to enter. A must see and do for all Hawaii
visitors. The highlight of your trip will be just a walk away from
this spectacular home. The owners are the same as "Mika Kai."

Snorkeling, fishing, star gazing, sight seeing; black sand beach and
warm ponds and Champagne pond nearby. The Puna area in Kapoho is
one of the most spectacular sites on the island for that old Hawaii
feeling. Lots to do, lots to see. Only one hour away from Volcano
Village and Kilaeau Volcano.

1-4 Guests = $185/night (7-night minimum) // $205/night (3-night
minimum)

Each additional guest: $15/person/night up to 8 guests. Email us
for 9+ guests.

High Season (July/August) -- add $15/night.

Holidays = $325/night: Christmas & New Year (7-night minimum) //
Thanksgiving (5-night minimum) // Merrie Monarch (4-night minimum).

Hawaii State Tax = 12.419%.

Cleaning Fee (Based upon number of guests and length of stay.)

$500 Reservation/Security Deposit required to confirm. Refundable
within 14 days after departure.

Full Payment due 60 days before arrival (90 days for Holidays).
