Vacation Rental Description

Hidden behind a wooden door is the entrance patio to a wonderful, 
secluded, two bedroom, each with a private bath. High ceilings allow 
light throughout the day to fill the great open living area. 
Saltillo tile floors, kiva fireplace and vigas are very Santa Fe 
touches. Stainless steel appliances in the well-equipped kitchen 
give it a crisp look and feel. Laundry room has full size washer & 
dryer. BBQ or sunbathe on the two patios. The morning sun warms the 
front portal, a perfect spot to sip coffee while reading the New 
Mexican. Beds are a Tempurpedic king size in the master and two 
twins in the second bedroom. Enjoy window shopping on the Plaza or 
head toward Canyon Road to some of the world's finest galleries and 
restaurants.

Vacation Rental Rates

low-season: $2500 per month  January, February, March
mid-season: $3000 per month  May
high season: $3500 per month  June, July, August, 
September, December
minimum one month will be blocked out for a minimum stay*
for example, if you book July 19-July 31st, you will be booked at the
monthly rate, and there will be no other renters in the month of July

Council
