Discounts for week long stays.
Reservation Deposit is 30% of total. Remaining Payment due 60 days before
your trip; both payments are not refundable.
Rental tax is 13.962%, departure cleaning fee is $300 and a refundable damage deposit is required. Additional housekeeping service is available for $150 per
cleaning. I accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover and US Checks.

We also have nine 3-bedroom villas and two studio villas. The studios can adjoin to one of the 3-bedroom villas to make a second and third 4-bedroom villa.
