Vacation Rental Rates

Jun 10 to Aug 31 (Last Min) = $699/nt 
Sept 1 to Sept 30 = $699/night 
Oct 1 to Oct 31 = $799/night 
Nov  1 to Dec 14 2008 = $899/night 
Thanksgiving 2008 is $1,069/night with a seven night minimum. 
Dec 15 to Jan 15, 2009 = $1,069/night 
New Years 2009 = $1,620/night with a seven night minimum. 
Jan 16 to Mar 9 = $899/nt 
Mar 10 to Apr 15 = $1,069/nt 
Apr 16 to Jun 9 = $899/nt 
Reservation Deposit is $1,600. Remaining Payment due 45 days before 
your trip; both payments are not refundable.  
Rental tax is 11.962%, cleaning fee is $400 and a refundable damage  
deposit is required. Maid service is available for $160 per  
cleaning. I accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover and US Checks.
