jointly with our one bedroom studio villa. Each villa has their own
individual entrance, but there is an interior door that can be
opened to combine the villas or locked to keep them separate.

Thanksgiving week is $629/nt to $729/night with a seven night min.

Reservation Deposit is $1,000 and due at booking. Remaining Payment
is due 45 days prior to your trip; both are not refundable.
Rental tax is 11.962%, cleaning fee is $250 and a refundable damage
deposit is required. Maid service is available for $100 per cleaning.
