Reservation Deposit is 30% and due at booking and is non-refundable. Remaining Payment is due 60 days prior to your trip and is also non-refundable. Rental tax is 13.962%, departure cleaning fee is $275 and a refundable damage deposit is required. Additional housekeeping service is available for $100 per cleaning.
