Vacation Rental Description

Our cottage is very cute and cozy. We have a complete kitchen and 
nice living room with french doors that open to the large porch, 
overlooking Cayuga Lake. Upstairs we have four bedrooms. Two have 
double beds, one has twin beds, and one at the end of the hall has a 
single bed. All beds have comforters (extras if needed).The bathroom, 
located at the top of the stairs has a clawfoot tub, with a nice 
shower. Our theme is slightly nautical, with touches of red, white 
and blue, throughout. Downstairs, we have a nice daybed, for napping 
or extra sleeping space. There are fans, but generally, the cool 
breeze is sufficient for a good night's sleep,teamed with the gentle 
lapping of the waves on the lake.                  

Vacation Rental Amenities

The large table out on the enclosed screened porch is great to sit 
and look at the sunrise with your coffee or tea or sit out at the 
nice picnic table  near the beach. At night don't forget to have a 
bon fire and roast your marshmellows!on the beach.  Charcoal grills, 
with tools, are provided for use outdoors   Spring water is provided 
for drinking,we have a goodly supply of games, magazines, books and 
Direct TV (one TV is in the first bedroom as well in the living 
room).  

Activities and Attractions

Swimming and Fishing can be done on the beach and from the dock.  We 
are hoping to have a new dock built, but better fishing is found out 
on Cayuga Lake (which is around 400-500' deep).  Boat moorage can be 
rented nearby. Restaurants and wineries are located nearby.  Within 2 
miles are one of each.  Within 15 miles are more than you could go to 
in a month.  Several great antique shops are about twenty minutes 
away. Interlaken is only 3 miles away with shops and stores.  
Trumansburg (home to the Grass Roots Festival) is 6 miles south and 
has wonderful restaurants, chinese take-out, laundramats, grocery 
stores and second hand clothing stores are close by, as well.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Basic Rate is $180 per day for 4 people or less.  Add $40 per day for 
each additional person.  No more than 9 persons.  Three day minimum. 
Reduced rates for longer stays.
