Large gulf view studio efficiency condo overlooking the beautiful
Gulf of Mexico. There is no separate bedroom. Tastefully furnished and fully equipped for your
vacation pleasures. You can view the Gulf right from inside your own
unit and enjoy the large outside shared balcony for lounging -
and the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. In this
quaint village of PassAGrille are art shops,restaurants,grocery/deli
coffee shop/bookstore and many places for things you need.

We also have a unit right next door if you need more space that will
sleep 2.

The condo is fully equipped with all supplies/equipment for complete
housekeeping. There is a blender,coffee maker,cookware,large refridge
with freezer,micro,stove with oven,hair dryer and really all the
comforts of home. We even have items for the beach you may need.
Linens/towels are supplied. There is a coin laundry room on the
premises. We can furnish more detailed information if you send us

There is a large T.V. with DVD.
Local phone calls are free.

There are so many things to do in this area but here are just a few ::
Every water sport and enjoyment you could possibly want. Boat
rentals,cruises,deep sea fishing,surfing,para sailing and of course
swimming/sunning. There is a gym near by,golf courses,tennis/shuffle
courts. Bike rentals/47 mile bike trail for working out.
There are theaters,performing arts,opera,galleries,festivals,museums,
night life, gambling cruises and casinos,trolley tours and more.
There is something for everyone young and "seasoned". There is even
dog and horse racing. Disney is 90 min. away.Tampa airport 30 min.

Rates: $500 per week from May 1 to November 1
$550 per week from November 1 to May 1
Extended weeks and months will be discounted.
Rates Subject to change as needed.
Taxes as required by law are 12%.
