have a total of three 1-bedroom studio villas and you have a choice  
of the 3rd floor (top floor) or the beach level.

  Note: Bedroom & Living room are in the same room with only a 2

This one bedroom studio villa can be rented separately or rented  
jointly with our three bedroom villa. Each villa has their own  
individual entrance, but there is an interior door that can be  
opened to combine the villas or locked to keep them separate.

Vacation Rental Rates

Nov 1  - Dec 14 = $349/night 
Thanksgiving week is $379/night with a seven night minimum.  
Dec 15 - Jan 15 = $379/night  
New Year's week is $525/night with a seven night minimum. 
Jan 16 - Mar 9  = $349/night  
Mar 10 - Apr 15 = $379/night 
Apr 16 - Jun 10 = $349/night 
Jun 11 - Aug 31 = $379/night 
Sept 1 - Sept 30 = $299/night 
Oct 1 - Oct 31 = $329/night 
The Hotel at Turtle Bay offers these villas for $800/night. 
Reservation Deposit is $600 at booking and the Remaining Payment is 
due 45 days before your trip; both are not refundable. 
Rental tax is 11.75%, cleaning fee is $150 and a refundable damage  
deposit is required. Daily maid service is available for $60 per  
cleaning. We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover and Checks.
