The property is a green oasis right on the edge of Greve in Chianti.
Situated only a two minute stroll from town central square filled
with cafès, restaurants and markets shops.
The property is surrounded by a peaceful garden with swimming-pool.
To add to the setting, the property backs on to its own private
little vineyard on the rolling hills behind and right in the
vineyard, there are gazebos located by a little stream complete with
BarBQ, hammocks and a playpark for children.
Greve is in the very heart of Tuscany, located between Florence and
Siena and also close to famous places like San Gimignano (50km), Pisa
(110 km), Lucca (100 km).
"This property has the best of both worlds - right in a lovely sized
Tuscan township within walking distance of village square (just
around the corner). Lots of restaurants and cafés handy. At your back
door are grapevines, pool and rolling hills with walks. Grade 3+
star. Nice than the photos. You are reasonably close to a mainline
train station for travelling into Florence. Be sure to visit the
butcher in the village square - famous in Tuscany - an absolute
delight."

kitchen corner and one double sofa bed, one double bedroom, one
bathroom with shower, satellite tv, independent heating and air-
conditioning. First floor ( space outdoor on a wide terrace)or ground
floor with patio.
Apt.Type B (three-rooms apt.4-7 people) 70 sm . Spacious living-room
with a double sofa bed and cooking corner, one double and one triple
bedroom, one bathroom with shower, satellite tv and independent
heating. No need of air-conditioning because of the large walls.
First floor or ground floor (all with space outdoor by the pool).
Apt.Type C (four-rooms apt. 6-9 people) 65 sm. Living-room with one
double sofa bed and cooking corner, two double and one triple
bedroom, three ensuite bathrooms with shower, satellite tv in each
bedroom, independent heating and air-conditioning. First floor or
ground floor (all with space outdoor on a wide terrace).
Double bedroom 15sm.Ensuite bathroom with shower or bath tube,
satellite tv and air-conditioning.
Triple bedroom 20sm.Ensuite bathroom with shower , satellite tv and
air-conditioning.
Breakfast and half board available on site.

recommended shopping in the outlets, cooking or pottery lessons and
many other activities according to
the period.
We also have facilities at the nearby “Ugolino Golf Club” which is
only 15 km away from Greve.
Organized dinners in the vineyard take place every week
from July till September on request of our guests.
Nice walking paths start close by for a beautiful tour of
the hills around the village.
