Vacation Rental Description

This oceanfront condo is located right in the middle of all the 
Rosarito action. The building stands right next to the sand of 
Rosarito Beach, and is only one block from the famous nightclubs and 
shopping areas.

The condo boasts awesome views of the ocean, pool, and the city. 
Look down from the balcony and watch the surfers in the waves, the 
horses and sunbathers on the beach, and watch and listen to the wild 
nightlife of Papas and Beer, Iggys, and the other famous nightclubs 
which are all just a few steps away from you! 

The interior is beautifully decorated with Mexican tile and pavers 
throughout. There are 2 bedrooms each with double beds, ceiling 
fans, and 2 full bathrooms. There is a comfy sofa for a 5th person 
to sleep on (not sofabed). Total persons allowed is 5 (no 
exceptions). All towels and linens are provided. There is a full 
size kitchen with all appliances and a washer/dryer. 

This condo is located just 40 short minutes from San Diego.
