From the moment you enter Windward Park you know you are some place
special. Baya house is one of 13 homes in this complex. This small
gated community is quiet and private while still being located just 1
block from Duval Street. Baya house, along with the other units,
is located around a 50 foot shared pool landscaped with tropical
vegetation. This is truly a comfortable vacation destination for
all ages.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath home is equipped with all imaginable amenities
from the pool just steps outside the front door, to hair dryers in
each bathroom, central A/C, TV/DVD, wireless internet access, fully equiped kitchen, gas
grill on the back deck and laundry facilities as well as off-street
parking for 1 vehicle. Upstairs there is a queen bed and downstairs
there are 2 twin beds that can be made into a king bed. A portable
crib and stroller are available for families with young children.

Street. This home is located close enough to walk to the hot spots,
but yet far enough away to avoid the commotion and noise of the
night life when you want to relax. Walking distance to South Beach,
the Southern Most Point, the Butterfly Sanctuary, Hemingway's House,
Sloppy Joe's, Mallory Square and many restaurants and shops.
