Vacation Rental Description

I have no remaining availability for 2008. To ensure 
availability it is best to plan at least 9 months ahead.

The Grand Mayan Nuevo Vallarta opened in October 2004. The Grand 
Mayan is a 5 Star Gold Crown resort with beautiful amenities: one of 
the largest pools in Latin America, spa facilities, restaurants, and 
championship golf courses on site with discounted greens fees for 
guests.
 
The Grand Mayan Resorts allow owners to offer their weeks for 
rental at the other fabulous Grand Mayan locations (Acapulco, the 
Riviera Maya south of Cancun, or the new San Jose del Cabo Grand 
Mayan opening in 2007), or at the many Mayan Palace 
coastal resorts. So call or email and we can check availability for 
your desired vacation. Rental is on a weekly basis, and starts on 
Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

positive comments on their return:

 "WOW.....the trip to PV at Grand Mayan was fabulous!!  I cannot 
think of one negative remark, not one!  Our room was perfect...8th 
floor,(there are 9) we were front and center, awesome ocean view.  
The service was great, the check in and out was smooth, the beach 
was perfect....and the people were great.  The work out spa area was 
great too, used it a little, but liked to run on the beach.  It was 
like living in royalty for a week...thank you so much!  I hope we 
can do it again. The lazy river was a huge hit!!  It was the spot to 
be when you wanted to be in the pool....beyond awesome....the water 
slide was really fun too..."

"Our vacation was Fabulous!!.  The Grand Mayan is absolutely 
beautiful and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The grand 
master suite was gorgeous and we had more than enough room.  I was 
extremely impressed by the staff, from the front desk to the maid 
service.  There was one concierge that was alittle pushy when it 
came to trying to get us to do the Timeshare tour but otherwise 
everyone was friendly and professional and very helpful.  Also the 
market at Paradise Village came in very handy.  I will definately 
keep you in mind for my next vacation to Puerto Vallarta.  Thanks

"The maid service  was amazing, they even turned down our beds and 
left chocolate kisses!!  The word "Grand" sums it all up!  We went 
up to Punta Mita ....took a private local boat trip, for a couple of 
hours...saw a humpback whale, and her baby, lots of dolphins, and 
snorkeled. Went to a private beach...It was a great trip." 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Grand Mayan features ocean front rooms with well-equipped full 
kitchen, spacious terrace with plunge pool, in room jacuzzis, marble 
bathrooms, and king size beds with bedroom sitting area. All rooms 
have individual access to the terrace. Please see the attached floor 
plan to appreciate the generous size of the units. The room layout 
is flexible to accommodate your vacation needs. You may rent the 
entire 2 bedroom, 2 bath Grand Master Suite with central living room 
and kitchen; or the 1 bedroom Grand Suite with LR and kitchen; or 
you may choose to only rent the Master Room with private balcony, 
large sitting area, in room jacuzzi, but no kitchen.

    Private occupancy: 2

Grand Suite with 1BR, living room, & full kitchen:  $1400 per week 
    Private occupancy: 4 
    Max occupancy:     6(4 adults and 2 children under 12)

Grand Master Suite with 2BR, LR, & full Kitchen: $1800 per week
    Private occupancy: 4 
    Max occupancy:     10(6 adults and 4 children under 12)
