This is an almost new 4 bedroom villa in the lovely community of
Sabal Harbour. It has 2 separate sitting rooms both with digital
cable TV and DVD players and one with a games console.
The master bed has a king sized bed and a luxurious master bath and
dressing room. There is also a queen sized room and 2 twin rooms.
One of the sitting areas has a full sized sleeper sofa.
The pool area has a newly installed, large (30' x 16') pool and a
separate hot tub. The area faces south west and so gets the sun all
day (although there is a large shaded porch area) and faces a
preserve area of trees and greenery which, together with the privacy
fence at the side, ensures a good degree of privacy and peace and
quiet for your time by the pool. Of course there is plenty of patio
furniture for sunbathing and outdoor dining.
The property has free wireless internet access.

The community has wonderful communal facilities including a very
large heated pool with sun loungers and barbeque facilities. There
are also 2 floodlit tennis courts, a basketball court, a volleyball
court and a children's playground and large field.
