Luxury Oceanfront Condo in Kaunakakai

Ka Hale Ola (House of Life), Wavecrest #A304, is a designer condo - new high quality appliances and furniture inside, and total beauty outside - for a bargain price. The view from your lanai is directly out on the ocean. In the morning experience a fabulous sunrise from the privacy of your terrace. Stay put and watch the whales frolic in the ocean, or, a few steps from your door, enjoy a beautiful pool and cabana, again directly on the ocean shore. At night enjoy a romantic view of the lights on Maui's shore while listening to the sound of the waves below you.

Living room opens to oceanfront lanai with unobstructed views of Maui and Lanai.  In season, view the whales performing right in front of you.  There is a queen sofa sleeper, an easy chair with ottoman, a dining table with four chairs, and two counter-height stools at the counter that separates the living room from the kitchen.  In addition, a telescope and binoculars are kept here.  Hawaiiana decor, marble flooring, glass tables, and floral arrangements complete the room.  We provide a computer with Microsoft Office Professional installed and internet access.

The carpeted bedroom has Tommy Bahama furniture consisting of a California king pillow-top bed with 1000 count linens and down pillows, stone topped nightstand and dresser, mirror-doored closet, and plantation shutters on the window.  There is an alarm clock and a flat-screen TV with DVD player in the bedroom, as well as floral arrangements and a container of lotions on the dresser.

Bathroom is all marble - walls and floor - with high quality fixtures and great lighting.  There is a mirrored-door closet in the bathroom for storage of towels, beach towels, and other necessities.  The bathroom is also fully equipped with extra razors, toothbrushes, soap, hair dryer, curling iron, combs, first-aid kit, and other amenities.

sunsets. Complex includes extremely beautiful grounds, excellent
pool, cabana, tennis courts, and outdoor library.
Condo is equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable,
including California king size bed, and 2 TV's.
Furniture, decor, and appliances are high-end, with granite counters
and luxury marble bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped and includes
paper goods, kitchen utensils, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, etc.
Linens and kitchenware are also high end.
Laundry facilities are available down the hall. Recreational
equipment is stored in the condo, including tennis rackets and balls
and snorkeling equipment. Books, games, puzzles, CDs, and DVDs are
provided in the condo. Internet access is available. There is an on-
site property manager.

Molokai offers swimming, snorkeling (equipment provided), kayaking,
golf, tennis (equipment provided), and sightseeing.
Visit several art galleries, a coffee plantation, a macadamia nut
farm, and a taro farm nearby.
Golf is available at very reasonable prices within a half hour drive.
Fly or take a mule trip to Father Damien's old leper colony.
Ride the ferry for a day trip to Maui.
Take a whale-watching boat trip or a fishing charter.
Go scuba diving, or take surfing lessons.
Take a variety of bike rides, horseback rides, and hikes.
Don't miss the Saturday morning market, where you can shop for your
veggies, and the Friday night get together and sing-along at the
Molokai Hotel, where you'll meet just about everyone who lives on
Molokai.

Rate is $135 per night, or $875 per week. Arrangements for longer
stays may be made. There is an additional 12.42% Hawaii State tax,
a refundable security deposit, and a cleaning fee of $85 ($95 for
