This 4 Bedroom, 3 1/2 Bath townhome is located 3 1/2 blocks from the
Ocean. Beautifully decorated with quality furnishings. One car
garage that has organized shelfs for beach assessories, canoe, kayaks (2) and refridgerator.

1st Floor -  Queen bed with full bath overlooking
canal with it's own deck. Washer and Dryer located on this floor as
well.

2nd Floor - Family room with oversized couch and 50 inch Plasma HDTV.  Deck off of family room is overlooking Fenwick Island and the Famous Fenwick Island Lighthouse. Kitchen and Dining area overlook pool area and bay. Granite countertops, maple cabinets, completely stocked kitchen with high end appliances, ceramic tile floor complete the kitchen. Hardwood floors for dining and family room area.

3rd Floor - Master suite with king bed with full bath and unbelievable view of Fenwick Island an glimpes of the Ocean. Lying in bed watching the sun rise every morning is
spectacular. 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, 4th bedroom has bunk bed, single on top, double on bottom with pull out single trundle.  Full Bath as well for 3rd and 4th bedroom to share, not to forget balcony overlooking pool area and beautiful sunsets.

Per Condo Rules - absolutely NO pets allowed, maximum occupany is 10, no motorized boats. Violation of the rules could result in lease termination.

Gated community, Pool, Canalfront with incredible views of Fenwick
Island, One car garage, washer/dryer, Decks on each floor, Hardwood
on middle floor, carpet in all bedrooms and steps, Digital Cable TV,
DVD, Internet, Bose wave radio with IPOD hookup, electric fireplace, gas BBQ,
and very comfortable furniture.
A canoe and kayaks are available for use, which can be launched at the back
door. Life jackets are available for adult and child use. Also, we
have plenty of beach chairs, some toys, an umbrella that you are
welcome to use.
Important Note - You must have breakfast everyday at Jimmy's Kitchen
while on vacation. Baltimore Magazine rated it the No. 1 breakfast
place in Fenwick Island, go and see why!

Walking distance to beach (a bit far with small kids). Restaurants,
Walgreen's, Catholic Church, Movie Theatre, Putt Putt Golf,
Waterslide, Candy Kitchen, Jet Ski/Boat Rental all within walking
distance. Fenwick Island is conveniently situated at the Delaware &
Ocean City, MD border! You can enjoy the excitement of Ocean City
(boardwalk and rides) while the family atmosphere of Fenwick Island.
Fenwick Island State Park is a short drive (5 min) with a pristine
ocean beach where you can enjoy guarded beaches, snack bar, surf
fishing, and bathhouses.

Boardwalk fun is as close as Bethany Beach, Ocean City, or Rehoboth
and of course, Delaware is famous for tax-free shopping in Bethany
Beach, Dewey Beach, and outlets in Rehoboth Beach, DE. For the
little one's, the Rehobeth Beach Boardwalk should be your choice for
rides, games, and great family fun.

Rates vary depending on the time of the year available. Weekly Rates
are as follows: 
November - March - $1200
April - May - $1600
June - $2100
July and August - $2600
September - $1600
October - $1200
November - March - $175/nightly (2 night minimum)
Renter is responsible for cleaning, supplies will available.
Deposit is required of $250.00.
Price above does not include linens but can be arranged for
$19.00/day.
Maximum Occupany is 10 per HOA regulations. Tenant will be asked
to leave with all monies forfeited if maximum occupancy is violated.
** Special Note to groups - two other units in this development are
available for rent. One is next door and the other is two doors
away. If interested, please let me know. Unit layout is the
same as this unit.**
Rental week is Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is 4:00 pm, Check-out
is 11:00 am. If unit not being used before or after, a early check-
in/check-out would be possible.
