room you can watch the sun come up from the east over your LR and bal- 
cony MBr. You can gaze at the beautiful landscaping and swimming pool 
or watch the many yachts and boats go by. In the evening watch the  
sunset over the Gulf from Kitchen,bedroom or balcony.Bring your own

You can walk easily back and forth directly to the white prestine  
Gulf of mexico beach on the concrete walkway with its own outside  
showers. Has extra large heated swimming pool. Heated spa, Boat  
dockage, fishing pier all lighted at night. Many,fine restaurants on 
the intercoastal and up and down gulf blvd. Johns Passing is just  
a couple of miles away with its many restaurants, stores, shopping, 
charter boats, jet ski rentals, boat rentals, parasailing etc. Dont 
feel like driving!Take the Trolley..it stops directly out frt of the  
condo to take you to awide variety of activities.Golf coarses, spring

Vacation Rental Rates

Oct, Nov, Dec Monthly Rentals $1800.00  
Jan, Feb, March, April Monthly rentals $2200.00  
May, June, July, Aug, Sept Monthly rentals $1600.00 In US Funds Only 
Its Possible to Rent by the week.Price and particulars to be discussed 
Special rates for five or more months rental. In Addition, Per the  
State of Florida all Rentals are Taxed 7% Fla State Sales Tax 
and 4% Resort Tax. There is NO sales tax if renting for six months or 
more. These Prices Include the fee for cleaning. There is a $500.00  
deposit, This guarantees reservation. Balance is due within 30days of  
arrival and is non-refundable, date adjustments may be considered.
