Grand Palms Retreat is located in the Lindfields neighborhood of
Kissimmee, Florida.

It's approximately three miles from the new Walt
Disney World entrance off the new 429 Tollway!

HWY 192 is just two blocks away and full of resturants, shops, golf and more.

 
Our Grand Palms condo now features Sleep Number beds by Select
Comfort! These new beds feature dual chamber technology that allows
each person to select their desired firmness for the ultimate in
comfort and sleep. We have included them in our master bedroom with
a king bed and the second bedroom with a queen bed.

This April 2004 built ground floor end unit condo has private pool
homes on one side, conservation area in rear and a short walk to the
community pool. There is a lockbox at the front door for keys. No
need to go across town and check-in with a management company before
entering the condo.

Our private 3 bedroom 2 bath condo has 1246 sq
ft and comes fully furnished. Up to 8 people can relax here with a
screened-in lanai overlooking the conservation area. The kitchen
includes a breakfast bar with two stools. Ceramic tile is in the
kitchen, entry way, and both bathrooms. A beautiful glass table is
in the dining room that seats six. There is a Select Comfort king-
size bed in the master bedroom with private bath, a Select Comfort
Queen-size bed in the second bedroom and two twins in the third
bedroom. There are two tv's with cable and video player for your
enjoyment. A crib and high chair are available for small children.
This air conditioned condo is smoke free with no pets and is
handicap accessible.

Local and long distance phone calls to anywhere
in the USA are free!! A high-speed internet connection is available
at no additional cost.

While staying at our condo, you can go for a swim in the large
heated pool, relax in the hot tub, take in a game of tennis, or try
the new exercise room (11/05). Afterwards, have a cookout using the
BBQ grills and picnic tables. You may also want to check out the
gazebo.
Remember, you have the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal kingdom, MGM,
Universal Studios, Sea world, Wet-n-Wild, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon
Lagoon, Gatorland and more just minutes away. There are also several
championship golf courses nearby.
International drive has places like "Ripley's Believe It or Not" and
the worlds largest Mcdonalds! Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center
are 1hr away. Daytona Beach and Tampa Bay are 1.5hrs away.
