beach'.

Local attractions include, deep sea fishing, canoe and kayak rentals, water skiing, jet skiing, numerous Golf
courses & Blue Springs where you can see Manatees in their natural environment.

Historic San Augustine is just half an hour north, where you will find historic sites, unique shops and art
galleries.

Orlandos attractions, Disney World, Sea World, MGM, Epcot, Wet & Wild etc are only 80 minutes away.

The new Mall at Millenia is only 60 minutes away, where you can shop at Hugo Boss, Jimmy Choo, Tiffany &
Bloomingdales amongst others.

Kennedy Space Centre is 1 hour south and on a clear day you might be lucky enough to view a launch from the
beach here at Ormond.

Marineland is not far and is located right on the beach, they offer a chance to swim with dolphins, but be sure to
book in advance as it's so popular !

For the racing enthusiast Daytona International Speedway is only half an hour south, why not come stay for the

Short term (3-6 months) monthly rates available.
$150 security deposit is required. $100 cleaning fee will apply to all rates. Security deposit will be refunded
within 30 days of check out.
Cancellation Policy - 100% if cancelled prior to 30 days before arrival. Less than 30 days before arrival forfeits
deposit. A signed contract and deposit are required to hold a reservation.
Special Event Weeks (Speedweek, Car Show & Swap Meets, Bike Week, Spring Break, Pepsi 400, Biktoberfest
