vacation rental description
This beautiful cottage/home is nestled in the woods on sandy Spider
Lake, an all-sports lake. The cottage is fully renovated and sleeps
8 comfortably. It is tastefully decorated in northwoods, has
leather sofa, natural log beds, quilts and linens. The cottage is
heated, has a large deck, washer/dryer,WIFI, flat screen cable TV and a VCR/DVD, CD
player, games and a phone. Included is a brand new fully equiped kitchen with
dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, all pots and pans, and dishes.
All linens and towels are provided as is an initial supply of paper
products and soaps.
The cottage has three queen beds, twin bunk beds and one bath with a
tub and shower. It is very spacious with a view of the lake from
every room.
The forty foot deck has porch furniture and a grill and assures
ample space for you outdoor enjoyment. A dock and nice sandy beach
with firepit are part of the package. There is also a use-at-your-
own-risk row boat for fishing and a kayak as well as an 11 ft. float for sunbathing and swimming. Public lake access is nearby to put in your boat or jet ski.
No smoking and non-handicapped accessible.

This lakefront home is remote and quiet and the property is wooded.
Water recreation on Spider Lake includes swimming, fishing and
boating. Spider Lake is known for its warm water, sand bottom with
great coves and islands to explore. Motors are allowed on the lake
and fish include bass, perch and blue gill.
The cottage is only 15 minutes to downtown Traverse City. Close by
are great shopping, dining, golf, tennis, jet skiing, parasailing,
horseback riding, hiking, biking, skiing, snowmobiling and the VASA
Trail. 40 minutes away are beautiful lighthouses, The Sleeping Bear
Sand Dunes, quaint towns and villages to explore and wine
country...and Mackinaw Island is only 2 hours away.

This Traverse City area getaway cottage/home is available for rent
all year. Rental rates are:
Early June and late August through Labor Day: $1550/week
Late June through July until mid-August: $1950/week
Off season: 3 night mimimun stay starting at $150/night or $1050/week
Pets: There is a fee for dogs
