is situated on the second floor (elevator access) overlooking a pond
and the second green and third tee of Tara's championship golf course.
Also on the premises of the association are a heated pool and a
tennis court, both only steps away from the front door. Located
just off I-75, the condo is only half an hour from some of the Gulf's
most beautiful beaches, including Siesta Key in Sarasota. It is also
conveniently located near a number of fine restaurants, shops and
many Florida attracations as well as numerous cultural activities.

Fully furnished, the condo comfortably sleeps four. It is fully
applianced and equipped with all of your necessities including a
full-size washer and dryer located within the unit. The master bedroom
has a king-size bed, and the guest room has two twin beds. Access
to a large, screened lanai is from both the living room and the master
bedroom. Amenities also include two telephones (local service
provided), two televisions (cable), a VCR and a DVD. Kitchen is
equipped with a microwave and a toaster oven. All linens and towels
are provided as well. This is a non-smoking unit.

A transfer fee of $200.00 entitles the renter to golf privileges,
the
club pool and tennis courts, an exercise room and the clubhouse
restaurant. Green fees are included with this transfer, and the
renter pays only a cart fee. Late afternoon playing golf while walking is allowed.

On property, the renter can enjoy golf, swimming, fishing and
tennis.In the vicinity are numerous beaches and Ellenton's Factory Outlet
Mall. Because of its close proximity to Sarasota, the renter can
enjoy shopping at St. Armands Circle, touring the Ringling Museum,
parasailing along a Gulf beach, or partaking in a number of other
exciting activities. In addition, it is only an hour and a half
drive to Disney World.
