Friendship House - The Name Says It All in Steinhatchee

detail, emaculate. All words used to describe the Friendship House by
our guests. Imagin yourself
opening the door for the first time and feeling welcomed and
comfortable as you step into the
sunporch with its wicker furniture, bright nautical decor and view of
the river. Picture yourself
then opening the french doors and entering the soft green and yellow
decor with red lighthouses,
sand dunes and dory's. Everything is clean, new and refreshed. See
yourself on your private dock in
the still of night, while white egret birds sit quietly in the trees
across the river. Enjoying the
quiet. Wake up the next day, cook up a meal,jump in your boat and
head down river for scalloping,
fishing or exploring. You will feel touched by nature, at peace and
revitalized after your stay at
Friendship House. Enjoy this unique, quaint and friendly town.

This house comes completely furnished, including bed linens and
towels. Cable T.V. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked with
all
necessary items such as paper towels, toliet tissue and soaps. Don't worry, if you forget something "its there".
Washer, dryer and laundry detergent are located in the separate
laundry room. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and adjoining
full master bathroom. The second bedroom has one set of bunk beds
plus one twin bed. A second full bath in the hallway. The
living room has a pull out queen sized bed. Both
bedrooms have plenty of storage and closet
space. the separate laundry room can double as sleepng quarters for a few more. We keep two cots just in case.

Experience the river by boat, kayak or canoe and tie up at our brand
new dock. Yes, you can leave the Friendship House from our own
private dock and return after a fun filled day of either fishing,
scalloping or exploring. We are in a deep section of the river, with
a minimum depth of 5 feet at LOW tide. Head west a couple miles to
the Gulf of Mexico or head east and explore the unspoiled and
natural tributaries of this jungle paradise. Come during our popular
scallop season or hunting season. Or, just come. A trip down the
Steinhatchee river, along the shoreline of this unique and quiet
town is a joy any time of the year.

Based on 4 occupants/ $10 per ngt. each additional guest or pet
$50 one time cleaning fee/ 10% Total Sales Tax
(6% state, 1% county surtax, 3% county visitors tax)
